Leslie Young, the thirty something daughter of the founder, Cliff Young, is enthusiastic and committed to keeping the company at the cutting edge of the home design business. Born into the design business and answering her fathers phones since she was five, Leslie continues to make Cliff Young, Ltd at the forefront of contemporary home furnishings.

Refined experience

Leslie graduated from the State University of New York and joined her father's firm after graduation in 1988. Vital and strong thirty years later after founder and father of Leslie Young, Cliff Young, founded the company in 1968. Since then, ideas are shaped as Leslie continues to launch and direct all initiatives at maintaining the company's reputation among designers, architects and decorators, they remain an integral source for contemporary design. A new approach is most evident in the spectacular display of the "Millennium Home Theater," also an tribute to the youth of the design department, as well as their century of combined experience.

Now President of one of the largest showrooms in New York, Leslie Young brings success to every design project and enlightens every client. Leslie has served for many years on the board of directors for the greater New York home furnishings association and devotes her time to the industry as much as possible for better success. Better yet, Leslie involves her very talented, young, thinking staff and design team with inspiration and education for the furniture and design industry.

A highly active industry partner of ASID (American Society of International Designers), Leslie is an avid supporter for various sponsored events and meetings for professional designers and allied ASID members. In addition, Leslie is a member of ASFD (American Society of Furniture Designers.)

Recently married and happily living in the New York Metro area, just a few minutes from her office located in the New York Design Center, Leslie continues to be inspired by her father.
